Will you be restocking?

While we will always do our best restock a favourited item, this is not always possible and will depend on our supplier availability.

Where available you can enter your email on the product page to be notified once an item is back in stock.

Our bestseller range is widely available all year and regularly restocked to avoid disappointment.

How do I return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been delivered, we will aim to process your return within 2-3 business days and during busy periods this may take longer. 

Depending on your original method of payment, your refund can take up to 7 business days to return to your account.

 

What size would you recommend?

All our styles vary in size due to the many brands we stock, however we do our best to provide an accurate UK size description on each product page.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

You will be notified by our courier to advise of any import duties and taxes that are applied during customs. 

USA - Goods valued below 800 USD are typically exempt from any additional duty charges.
