For the festive period, any purchases made after November 1st can be returned until the 14th January if unwanted or unsuitable for an exchange or refund (full price items only).

If you are not totally delighted with your order, you have 28 days (14 for sale items) from the date of receipt to return this to us for a refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed from the date this is received.

Returns are currently at your own cost. We recommend using a Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service and to keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
